You can rest assured, we have your language needs covered. Since our staff can assist you in English, Afrikaans and Zulu.
As a result, you can expect, assistance with booking of your appointments and registering you on our system. We will also assist in obtaining authorization from your medical aid, as well as, booking of theatre. And ultimately, attending to any queries that you may have.
What to expect during a consultation?
Your medical history will be taken, an examination done and radiological imaging done if necessary.
Thereafter a diagnosis will be made. Your medical condition will be discussed with you. This generally is done with the use of visual aids, videos or orthopaedic models.
After which, the different treatment options will be discussed. Thus allowing you to make an informed decision with regards to your treatment.
Your GP will be kept informed though a GP feedback letter. Allowing your GP to be aware of your condition and thus optimizing your medical treatment.
